Terms & Conditions
Monthly Pinterest Management is a recurring retainer service. Deliverables each month include a minimum of 20 branded pins (designed, written and scheduled), monthly repinning of third-party content via Tailwind, board and keyword maintenance, a monthly analytics snapshot, seasonal content planning and WhatsApp support Monday to Friday. No Tailwind subscription is required from the client. Tailwind is managed by Sassy CEO Studio as part of the retainer.
This service requires a minimum commitment of 4 consecutive months. By completing payment you agree to this minimum term. Cancellations within the minimum term are not accepted except in exceptional circumstances, and only at the sole discretion of Sassy CEO Studio.
Payments are processed automatically via Stripe on a monthly basis. By completing your first payment you authorise recurring monthly charges of £597 until cancelled in accordance with these terms. After the 4-month minimum, you are free to manage your own monthly subscription independently.
After the 4-month minimum is complete, you may cancel at any time by providing 14 days written notice to hello@sassyceostudio.com. Your pins, boards and strategy documents remain yours after cancellation.
You must provide 3–5 active product, service, or blog URLs for content distribution. Providing fewer than three links may limit content performance. Delivery may be paused until required URLs are submitted.
Pinterest is a long-term, search-based platform. While all work is carried out using proven SEO frameworks, specific results cannot be guaranteed, including traffic volume, sales, revenue, follower growth or impressions. Pinterest can surface your content to the right audience, but how that traffic converts depends on your offer, your website and your copy. That part is in your hands.
Due to the bespoke nature of this service, refunds are not available for completed months of work. If you have a concern, please contact hello@sassyceostudio.com and it will be addressed promptly.
You are responsible for providing accurate Pinterest login credentials and backing up delivered assets. Shared materials are for your business use only and may not be resold or transferred.
Primary communication is via WhatsApp (Monday to Friday) and email at hello@sassyceostudio.com. Please allow up to 2 business days for email responses.
Scheduling and content management is handled entirely by Sassy CEO Studio via Tailwind throughout your retainer. No Tailwind subscription is required from you during this time. If you choose not to continue with Monthly Management after your minimum term, you will be responsible for managing your own content scheduling and any platform or tool costs going forward.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
